Who is responsible

The controller of personal data relating to this website is Bernardo Rosa Ramirez, in Spain, who operates ALBA as an individual activity. For privacy matters, contact geral.estudio.alba@gmail.com.

When you write to us

The website has no email collection form or newsletter subscription. The contact link opens your email application. When you write to us, we use your email address and the information you share to answer your questions and continue the conversation.

Purpose and retention

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us and maintaining the context of the conversation, while respecting their rights and expectations. You may object to this processing. Providing information is voluntary; without a way to contact you, we cannot reply.

Messages are kept for as long as necessary to reply and continue the conversation. Once no longer needed, they are deleted, unless retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. In those cases, only the necessary information is kept for the applicable period.

When you visit the website

The website does not include audience analytics tools or advertising pixels. GitHub Pages hosts the website and logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes. Your browser also contacts Google Fonts to obtain fonts, transmitting the necessary technical data, including your IP address.

Introduction and animation pause preferences are stored in your browser session. The website does not send them to a visitor analytics system. Retention depends on the duration and possible restoration of the session by your browser.

When you share the page

The share button only acts when you use it: it opens your device’s sharing options or copies the page address. ALBA does not receive the identity of the people you share with. If you choose an external application, processing within that application depends on its provider.

Services used

We use GitHub Pages for hosting, Google Fonts for typography and Gmail to receive and reply to messages. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies describe their processing, retention and transfer conditions and applicable safeguards. See the GitHub privacy statement and the Google privacy policy.

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing in the context of this website and initial conversations.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or object to processing, and request portability where applicable. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise your rights, contact geral.estudio.alba@gmail.com. We will only ask for additional identification information when necessary and proportionate.

You may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence or place of work.

Changes

We will update this information if the services or the way we process data changes. The date at the top identifies the published version.
